This vehicle has been reported and ticketed before and yet they are still here. Not only are they permanently using a guest tag to park in zone 3, but again they are parked in the middle of a 2 car curb, thus making it so only their car can park there. Some of us actually pay to register our cars in this city and would enjoy being able to park in front of our homes without spots being unnecessarily wasted by this person.
