University Place is part of Parking Zone 6. Most of the cars that are parking here regularly are not displaying any sticker passes. In fact, there are so many cars parking here that I am often unable to find a parking spot, and I am a registered Zone Six parker. Please enforce this street for Zone Six permittees. Those without permits should not be allowed to park here! We must all register our vehicles and pay taxes to keep this city running! Keep people honest by actively enforcing parking rules. No sticker = no parking!
