I do not have a photos, but there are three jalopy cars in the parking lot that all have flat tires and do not have a parking sticker. In order to be able to park in the parking lot, residents of this building are required to have a parking sticker. In order to get this parking sticker you have to show the property managers your current and NOT EXPIRED registration, as well as your current and NOT EXPIRED insurance card. The fact that these three cars all have flat tires and do not have a parking sticker for the lot tells you that they are not registered and/or insured, and hence should not be in the parking lot. The property managers are supposed to have cars that are not supposed to be in the lot towed, but no one enforces and/or follows the rules that they put in place. In other words, we have property managers that are not doing their jobs properly. They are the ones who are supposed to take care of these things. These cars should have been towed within 24 hours. I have notified the property managers numerous times via email that these cars are not supposed to be in the lot (months ago) and they are still sitting there. The cars appear to be inoperable and are an eye sore for all of the residents. Not to mention two of the cars are in the visitor parking spots. There are two parking spots which are deemed as visitor spots in the parking lot and these are supposed to be for visitors of tenants. These three cars need to be removed. They are not hard to identify because they all have flat tires. They need to be towed.
