very loud motorcycle driving through the street all the time, the noise is so loud that it can be certain that their motorcycles were illegally modified. It has became worse in recent days and it now occurs every 10 mins. New Haven Register reported this issue in late August, but it has not been addressed so far! The loud noise ruins the life quality of our residents!!
