I parked at this meter at approximately 7 PM and put my money in until 9 PM. It was not listed as broken and seemed to operate correctly. It took my money and registers 2 hrs. It expired before then since the time on the meter is incorrect and not keeping accurate time. I received a ticket Citation # 201865583 which I am disputing. You can see from the picture that it is a different time from when the picture is taken compared to what was on the meter.
