Desperately needed at this busy intersection. I was nearly run over by the same careless newspaper delivery 🚚 person hired by The New Haven Register whom I’ve notified twice. Between blowing through stop signs, driving on the wrong side of the road, blasting his music and smoking 🚬 a cigarette he’s a menace to pedestrians and motorists alike. I don’t believe his occupation provides for an exemption from the rules of the road that are in effect 24 hours a day. I would have shared a photo of his license plate but the light over it is burned or perhaps deliberately removed but it does balance his one burned out headlight.
