last month we called the police about this car nothing was done now its back its a blk 1999 mercedes benz it has one way texas paper plates that expired over a year ago this car is parked on first street on the left side of our building we have to pay car taxes and register our cars why not this person we watch the people move this car when they clean the streets there are other cars parked between greenwich ave and howard ave close to howard on the right side of the street a white cadilac a white van a blk caddilac also a white ford suv this issue needs to be resolved they are taking up alot of spaces and if not registered and insured they should all be owed away,enough is enough
