I am a neighbor, there is significant garbage and old toilet, cars that are not running/registered in this backyard. They have a pool, their fence came down and they have never replaced. I have a toddler and I cannot play in the backyard without seeing all of this and worrying my dog or someone will get into it. PLEASE HELP.
